Rule 57

A person appearing before 1[an assessing] appellate or revising authority to give evidence in an enquiry under the Act or under these rules, shall be paid travelling allowance and batta at such rates as may be fixed by the Government from time to time. 1. Subs. by G.O.Ms.No.868, Rev.dt.29.8.1989
